When you place an order, funds must be cleared in full before we can ship your item. All watches remain the property of maisontwelve until the watch has been paid for in full.

Shipping and delivery are arranged individually and will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.

An adult signature may be required upon delivery for security and insurance purposes.

If a package is lost or stolen, a refund will only be issued after approval of the insurance claim by our insurance provider.

Customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, or related charges in their respective country.
