Produced in 2020 and strictly limited to only 99 pieces worldwide, the watch was created to celebrate the opening of F.P. Journe’s first boutique in Dubai. François-Paul Journe personally selected the distinctive green dial, a colour traditionally associated in the Middle East with fortune, prosperity and fertility.
Inside beats F.P. Journe’s celebrated Calibre 1304, a manually wound mechanical movement whose baseplate and bridges are crafted entirely from 18K rose gold. Its twin mainspring barrels operate in parallel to provide stable energy delivery and approximately 56 hours of power reserve, reflecting the precision-focused philosophy behind the Chronomètre Souverain.
Bearing F.P. Journe’s signature “Invenit et Fecit” — invented and made — the Dubai Edition represents independent haute horlogerie at its finest. With just 99 examples produced worldwide, its platinum construction, unmistakable green dial and direct connection to Dubai have made it one of the most coveted modern F.P. Journe limited editions.
